Theft Arrest Rate
Illinois Uniform Crime Reports (I-UCR) Theft arrests for calendar years 2000 through 2008. Theft is the unlawful taking or stealing of property or articles without the use of force, violence, or fraud. Numbers include attempted thefts, as well as burglary from a motor vehicle and attempts. Rates are per 100,000 people using total county populations.
