FEDERAL GRANT FINANCIAL GUIDELINESThese financial guidelines have been prepared for recipients of federal grant program funds from the Authority and are based on federal laws and regulations, the Office of Justice Programs' Financial Guidelines, applicable federal Office of Management and Budget circulars, state laws, and Authority policies. These financial guidelines will assist federal grant program fund recipients in properly administering grant funds. Grantees, Federal requirements now require all agency receiving federal funds to obtain a DUNS (Data Universal Numbering System) number. The DUNS number can be obtained from Dun and Bradstreet, Inc by going on online at www.dunandbradstreet.com or by calling 1-800-705-5711. This number will need to be supplied on future grants with the Authority. If you have any questions please contact your grant monitor. In addition to a DUNS number, you must maintain a current registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The Implementing Agency must update or renew their CCR registration at least once per year to maintain an active status. Information about registration procedures can be accessed at www.dunandbradstreet.com or by calling 1-888-227-2423 - FEDERAL GRANT FINANCIAL GUIDELINES POWERPOINT PRESENTATION (Revised 01/2005) This presentation gives an overview of the financial guidelines and may assist individuals with understanding the financial guidelines. - FEDERAL GRANT FINANCIAL GUIDELINES (Revised 02/2005) - APPENDIX A - SAMPLE FORMS (click link) - APPENDIX B - Contractor Special Conditions Forms - APPENDIX C - Travel Per diem Schedule - APPENDIX D - Working Lunch Form - APPENDIX E - Procurement Requirements Sole Source Form - APPENDIX F - Subcontract Provisions
