Illinois Uniform Crime Reports (I-UCR) Murder (and Nonnegligent Manslaughter) arrests for calendar years 2000 through 2009. Murder and Nonnegligent Manslaugther is the willful (nonnegligent) killing of one human being by another. Attempts are not included but are included as Aggravated Assaults. Rates are per 100,000 people using total county populations.
