Cannabis Arrest Rate
Illinois Uniform Crime Reports (I-UCR) Cannabis Control Act violation arrests for calendar years 2000 through 2008. Eight crimes related to possession and delivery of cannabis, covering arrests for crimes considered felonies, misdemeanors, and petty crimes (Class C) are included. Rates are per 100,000 people using total county populations. Springfield Police Department did not report arrest data for 2001.
