Illinois Uniform Crime Reports (I-UCR) Violent, Property, and Drug arrests for calendar years 2000 through 2009. Property offenses include Burglary, Theft/Larceny, Motor Vehicle Theft, and Arson. Violent offenses include Murder, Criminal Sexual Assault, Robbery, and Aggravated Assault. Drug arrests are for violations of the Cannabis Control Act, Controlled Substance Act, Hypodermic Syringes and Needles Act, or Drug Paraphernalia Control Act. Rates are per 100,000 people using total county populations.
