DASA Illicit Drug Treatment Admission Rate

Admissions for treatment to Department of Alcohol and Substance Abuse (DASA) contracted treatment facilities for substance abuse for fiscal years 2000 through 2007. Only illicit substances are included in these data. These data do not include treatment obtained through private insurance outside of the DASA service provider network.

Data caveats: Admissions into treatment may be a influenced by both the prevalence of those who need treatment as well as funding to the Department of Alcohol and Substance Abuse to provide services.
